We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for pick up and package said guide included but we didn’t have any guide. Overall, this package is good transportation and entrance 👍👍

We got picked up from the hotel at 8am, we were the only ones on the bus this day but they were still more than happy to take us. On route our driver told us all about the zoo and gave advice on where to go during the day. Once arriving at the zoo he promptly got us in and told us when to meet him or to ring if we wanted to leave earlier. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and the price was brilliant for transfers and entry. I’d highly recommend!

I loved this trip overall. However, I initially booked on December 4th 2020 and had my booking canceled due to insufficient numbers. I was told the booking was automatically going to be refunded so I had to pay again when rebooking. Trip was great when I rebooked for another day, but a month later have still not received my refund from the first trip. I believe it may be a mistake, if they contact me to rectify the issue I will change the review to 5 stars. Otherwise be wary of them stealing your money if I don’t.

A must do, especially if you love animals or just want to have a great day and be educated. Plenty of interesting things to see and do not just for children but adults too.

The Australia Zoo was the highlight of my 2.5 week trip! I saw Norman ? the baby tiger walking next to me & held a koala, what could be better?? The bus was on-time & the hints they gave us about the zoo were great!

Great place, the zoo animals all seem to like being there ,as the natural habitat was there and recreated better any other zoo I’ve seen. Very clean

I've always wanted to visit the Australia zoo, so I was thrilled when I finally got the chance. The service was great, a friend and I took the bus from Brisbane to the zoo and back again, with a generous amount oftime at the zoo itself. The zoo is terrific, and our driver was very polite and entertaining. There was a slight confusion about pickup that could have been handled better on both sides, but overall I highly recommend, it was a great trip.
